THE THREAD FOR NICE MAPLERS
(How about saying something nice about someone for a change?)
Ok everyone, after a long delay due to a busy schedule, I've finally completed the re-make of the "Thread for Nice Maplers." For those who don't know the history behind this thread, here's a quick update. I had created a thread in the Site Suggestions section, called the "Forum for Nice Maplers." After some discussion with a forum moderator (Darkmagnolia), the thread has been renamed and relocated in the General Maple Story section.
As the title implies, this is a thread to encourage us to talk about how other Maple Story players have shown us acts of kindness. The ones who stand out in a society over-run by those who KS, defame, insult, flame, and hack. The ones who haven't been corrupted by the "me-first" attitude that is so predominant in the game. The ones who still believe that a difference can be made through individual charity.
So if someone's done something nice for you in Maple Story lately - or even a long time ago - here's the place to let us know about it. The goal is to accumulate enough examples to demonstrate that Maple Story is not as bad as the posts in the Burning Zone make it seem. So c'mon, let's give the nay-sayers a run for their money.
A few simple rules:
1. Following the general rules, don't include the person's IGN in your post. The act of kindness itself, not the name, is what's important.
2. If you have something bad to say about someone who's been used as an example, I don't want to hear it. Save it for the Burning Zone; don't ruin the atmosphere of this thread.
Note 1: I will be contacting members who have made posts on the original thread, to ask them to copy their posts over to this new one. If you're one of those people and you see this message before I contact you, you know what to do. Thanks again =)
Note 2: This thread will be pinned in the General Maple Story section, meaning that the idea has been approved by a sleepywood.net moderator. So flamers beware. I'm not going to give up on this thread just because some people don't believe it will do any good.

About a month ago, after I had just reached level 41,i was lost in mulung, and Along comes ImSoHoodX, he was nice enough to spare me 1 mil mesos because i wanted tobis and steelies and i also asked him how can i get back to ludibrium, and he guided me the way by comming with me. and when we got there, we buddied each other and i never saw him online again.
